I’ve enjoyed reading other people’s blogs who post typecasts lately, and think I’m going to try some myself. Besides the fact that they’re written on typewriters, I like seeing the mistakes that are crossed out. It’s like being able to see into someone’s thought process as they were writing. In a digital world, they are real objects. You know an actual person spent time creating this thing. As soon as I can get access to a scanner, I’m going to give it a whirl. Does anyone out there have any tips for a budding typecaster – technical hints for a smooth transition from type to digital?
